Review of ARs:

- Todd: Write IBIS s-param BIRD
  - Still working on it
  - It may be done in 2 weeks or so

- Arpad:  Write parameter passing syntax proposal (BIRD draft)
          for *-AMS models in IBIS that is consistent with the
          parameter passing syntax of the AMI models
          - TBD

- TBD:    Propose a parameter passing syntax for the SPICE
          - [External ...] also?
          - TBD

- Arpad:  Review the documentation (annotation) in the macro libraries.
          - Deferred until a demand arises or we have nothing else to do

New Discussion:

Todd: Synopsys sent HSPICE documentation in .doc format
- The pages have Confidential footers
- We will have to decide about using Walter's presentation strategy
- Arpad: Walter suggested blacking out portions of the text
- Todd: Since we have .doc files we do not have to hire a FrameMaker expert
- Bob: We probably can't upload it to the website while working on it
- Mike: Redacting the word "Confidential" seems like a questionable practice
  - Arpad: We can say it is used with permission
  - Todd: We can have Synopsys confirm this
- Todd: Some pictures are missing in this export
- We can chop down what we have so it can be shared
- Arpad: Walter would know what to chop out
- Bob: Some people without Synopsys licenses will eventually see this
- Mike: Should we put a "used by permission" notice near "Confidential"?
  - Bob: Our version has to not say Confidential
  - Todd: Having "Confidential" would undercut their other documentation
- Bob: The IBIS committee will own this document

AR: Todd ask Walter if he will be the editor of the IISpice document

Bob: Would prefer to drop the .connect directive

Randy: Are we allowed to share the document over LiveMeeting?
- Bob: It would be better to get rid of "Confidential"
- Todd: They first sent it without "Confidential", then resent with it
- Radek: It may be that the scope is for the entire document
- Arpad: We need to find out what use rights they have in mind
- Todd: They also sent portions we did not ask for
- Bob: Synopsys may have real legal issues that Chris has to comply with

Mike: This doc is for what software version?
- Todd: It appears to be 2009.03
